Building something on your own can feel isolating. You’re showing up every day, putting yourself out there and often doing it without a strong sense of community around you.

Which is why this is so much more than just an event. We created a space where women can come together, be seen for who they are and build relationships that go beyond surface-level interaction.

This isn’t networking for the sake of it. It’s conversations that spark something, relationships that continue long after the evening ends and a room full of women who truly understand the journey of building something meaningful.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Women at any stage of business, whether you’re just starting out or well established. If you’re a business owner, freelancer or creative who wants fresh content and new connections, this is for you.

  • Because it’s curated, creative and content focused. You won’t just swap business cards; you’ll leave with professional images, a highlight video and meaningful connections. The small group and intentional activities make every interaction count.

  • Dress to impress. Make a night of it and wear something that reflects you and your brand as this is content you’ll be using online.

  • Just your beautiful self! Feel free to bring props or items that reflect your brand to use during your headshots. Bring your energy, creativity & excitement to connect with other women in business.

  • The guest list is intentionally small, with guided introductions, networking cards with conversation prompts and intentional connection moments throughout the night so it never feels random or awkward.

  • Tickets are capped at 20, making it easy to have real conversations. You’ll naturally connect with other attendees plus I’ll be there greeting you at the door and helping you get settled, so you never feel like you’re walking in alone.

  • Yes. Many attendees naturally connect around shared skills, audiences or values and collaborations often continue well beyond the night itself.

  • Yes. We highly recommend joining our Facebook group, The Social Headshot Community, where attendees can continue connecting, collaborating and supporting one another after the event.

  • Tickets go on sale 3 weeks prior to each event at 7pm.

  • Tickets are non-refundable, as spots are limited and reserved in advance. If you can’t make it, please let us know as soon as possible as we may be able to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. We understand emergencies happen and we are happy to chat to find a fair solution.

  • We recommend one classic headshot, one personality/laughing image and one “tool of trade” or brand-aligned image. You’re welcome to bring your own ideas and limited props will be provided on the night

  • Yes, please! Our DMs are always open! We would love to note down any ideas or references you have beforehand.

  • That’s completely normal! I’ll guide you through posing and help you feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera.

  • To ensure everyone gets their time, each person has at least 3 minutes in front of the camera, so outfit changes won’t be possible.

  • The event is guided and intentionally structured. I’ll help with introductions, conversation starters and ensuring everyone feels included and comfortable throughout the night.

  • No but you will know the face greeting you at the door. We understand attending events alone can feel daunting, which is why we guide the night and create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
